What You’ll Do:

• Conduct scheduled discovery calls with leads
• Guide prospects through a consultative sales process
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Collaborate with our marketing and leadership team to optimize performance
• Provide customer support and assistance to converted leads

• Confidence, integrity, and a professional online presence
• Strong understanding of personal development, coaching, or transformation-based work
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and independently
• Ability to handle objections and guide prospects to committed decisions
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
